Postal Shoe Repair
Customers can order shoe repairs online and send shoes to us via post. Once repaired, shoes are returned by tracked delivery.
Shoe Care Products & Keys
Products such as polishes, brushes, and keys can be purchased online for delivery across the UK.
3. Ordering and Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable).
Orders must be placed via our website using a valid payment method.
Full payment is required before services or products are dispatched.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment options provided at checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Repairs
You are responsible for posting your shoes to us.
We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
After repair, we return items via tracked courier. We are not liable for delays caused by postal services.

Delivery times vary by location and product availability.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.
5. Cancellations and Returns
Shoe Repair Services
If you wish to cancel a repair order before sending your shoes, contact us immediately.
Once shoes are received and work has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Products
You have 14 days from receiving goods to request a return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, notify us within 7 days. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including postage, upon return of the item.
7. Liability
Cobbler Cope is not liable for damage caused to shoes due to poor initial condition or unrepairable footwear.
We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services or products.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details.

If you do not wish for your footwear to be used in our marketing, please let us know in the order notes at the time of placing your order.
